Kleos Connect

The secure client portal of gross::rechtsanwaelte.

Kleos Connect is our firm's digital client portal. Through an encrypted, GDPR-compliant platform you can follow the status of your matter, access briefs and documents and communicate securely with us – no unencrypted e-mails, no postal delays. Your file is available to you at any time, from anywhere, in one protected place.

How you receive your access

Once we have accepted your mandate, we create your file in Kleos Connect and share it with you specifically. You will then automatically receive your personal invitation link by e-mail. If you previously used the WebAkte, just let us know – we will activate your Kleos Connect file for you.

How signing in works

Four steps to your digital file – once set up, logging in takes just a few seconds.

Receive your invitation

You receive an e-mail with your personal invitation link – the sender is “Kleos Connect”.

Register once

Open the link, confirm your e-mail address and choose your own secure password.

Log in

From then on simply use the login button – with your e-mail address and your password.

Use your file

View and download documents, upload your own files securely.

I have not received an invitation e-mail

Please check your spam or junk folder first – the invitation comes from the sender “Kleos Connect” (kleosapp.com), not from our firm's address.

Nothing there? Then give us a quick call or write to us – we will check that your e-mail address is on file correctly and resend the invitation.

The invitation link does not work (any more)

For security reasons, invitation links are valid for a limited time. If yours has expired, we will gladly send you a new one – a short call is all it takes.

If you have already registered before, you no longer need the invitation link: simply sign in via the login button. You can reach the login page at any time at connect.kleosapp.com

First sign-in: what exactly do I have to do?

Open the invitation link from the e-mail and register with exactly the e-mail address the invitation was sent to – a different address will not work.

Then choose your own secure password and keep it safe. From now on you sign in with it at any time via the login button.

I have forgotten my password

On the login page, click “Forgot password”. You will receive an e-mail to reset it (please check your spam folder here as well).

For your security: only you know your password – we cannot see it either, we can only trigger the reset.

I am logged in but cannot see any documents

Please check that you are signed in with the invited e-mail address – your file is shared for this address only.

It is also possible that your file has not been fully shared yet. A short message to us is enough – we will check the sharing right away.

The page does not load or shows an error

Reload the page once and use an up-to-date browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Edge). Switching to another device – from phone to computer, for instance – sometimes helps too.
